Camping at the Meet

Gates open at 8 am on Thursday.  Campers may enter the meet via the Gate J at the back (west) side of the meet.

  • Camping is first come, first serve and is $45 for the whole weekend.

  • Camping passes are only sold at the gate, and campers must be active members of the AMCA.
  • Any vehicles entering the fairground gates must be registered for camping and have a pass affixed to the windshield.  No vehicles will be allowed into the meet without a valid vendor or camper pass.

  • Side-by-sides, quads, UTVs, or anything larger than a standard sized (45" wide) golf cart are not permitted on the grounds and will need to be left in the general parking lot.  Please don't bring them!

  • Campers may enter the fairgrounds via Gate J on the west side of the meet on Thursday.  You can get to Gate J via Co. Rd. J or via the General Parking Lot road.

  • The South (horse) gates are closed on Thursday to reduce traffic backup on the highway.  This gate will be open on Friday and Saturday and is the preferred entrance for campers after Thursday when Gate J is closed.

  • Campers must be active AMCA members.  Please have your membership card available at the gate to streamline the entrance process.

  • If you are not a member of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, you may join at www.antiquemotorcycle.org.  If you join right before the meet, please have a copy of your receipt available to show at the gate if you will be camping.

  • You may also join or renew your membership at the gate, although completing this step prior to entering the meet is preferred and a handling charge will be applied for any in-person registrations.
