Swap Meet
and Vending
The Wauseon National Swap Meet runs from 8 am on Thursday to Sunday morning and features over 800 vending spaces filled with antique motorcycles and motorcycle parts. No matter the make, model, or decade, if you're looking for something for your old bike, you're bound to find it at Wauseon!

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, our swap meet is currently sold out, but please join our waitlist for a space next year!

Golf cart rentals are not available during the meet. Please make other arrangements ahead of time or bring your own. Nothing larger than a standard-sized golf cart will be allowed through the gates.
Vendor Information
Vendors may enter the gate on Thursday morning at 8 am.
Early entrance on Wednesday evening for vendors only is from 8 to 10 pm for an added $20.
All vehicles entering the grounds must have a valid vendor pass affixed to their windshield. Only one vehicle per vendor pass is allowed.

Registration deadline for the 2025 meet will be 5 PM on Saturday, July 20, 2024. All 2025 vendors must be preregistered at the 2024 meet.

Registration for 2025 will be in the t-shirt and registration building near the center of the fairgrounds.
Register Early!! Registration will be open on Thursday from 12-5 pm and Saturday from 8-5 pm. Registration will be CLOSED on Friday.

The new vendor entrance plan will be implemented in 2024! We hope this simplifies conflicts in line and backing up onto Rte. 108.
We will no longer use the north (silo) gate but will instead use Gate J along the west side of the fairgrounds. Please use Road J from Rte. 108 to head west and follow signs. Registered vendors must have a valid entrance pass affixed to their windshield to use the Vendor Entrance Line, in yellow below. Campers and registered vendors who will enter the grounds on Thursday can use the blue line below.
Anyone in the wrong line or who does not have the proper pass will be directed to exit back to Rte. 108 using the red line below so as not to hold up the flow of entrance traffic at the gate.
There will be no exceptions at the Gate. No one without a valid vendor pass will be allowed to enter the grounds on Wednesday night. Every vehicle entering the grounds must have a pass so vendors that have misplaced their pass or whose buddy failed to mail them one on time (or insert excuse here) will need to purchase a camping pass and wait to enter the grounds until Thursday morning.
