Vending & Camping Info

Vendors & campers may join us as early as 
Thursday, July 15, 2020 beginning at 8 a.m.


    Vending is a PRIVILEGE GRANTED TO CURRENT AMCA MEMBERS who sell antique motorcycle merchandise.

  • Merchandise is strictly limited to 35 years old or older motorcycles, parts, literature, and accessories.

  • Merchandise which MAY NOT be sold includes motorcycles and parts later than 1985, T-shirts with any questionable wording or graphics, guns, knives, drugs or paraphernalia related to same, alcoholic
    beverages, or any AMCA or meet-related T-shirts or novelties.

  • Please vend within the guidelines and spirit of our meet and limit vehicle parking and other non-vending uses at your site.

  • Displays must be neat and grounds left as clean as they were found. Please remove all you came with.

  • Vendors must conduct themselves in a business-like manner.

  • No profanity or loud music.

  • The meet opens for business at 8:00 am Friday 07/17/20 and closes at noon Sunday, 07/19/20. Vendors must limit their vending to these dates and times.

  • Only prepaid vendors may enter through the Northwest gate (nearest the silos at 8am) Thursday, July 16, 2020.

  • Only 1 vehicle per vendor or camping space.


  • Campers must be Current AMCA members, camp in designated areas. No open fires.

  • Alcohol in moderation only—party elsewhere; quiet time is 11 pm.

  • No exotic pets permitted. Dogs must be on a leash at all times AND you must clean-up after them.

  • No one under the age of 16 may operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including but not limited to golf carts and mopeds.  In short, do not bring the mini-bike with kids in mind.  Any person that operates a motorized vehicle of any kind must be 16 AND have a valid driver’s license.

  • No refunds granted for any reason.

  • All vendors must individually comply with any and all sales tax rules and collect and forward any such taxes and reports to the appropriate taxing authority—and hold the AMCA and chapters holding the
    meet harmless from any and all liabilities resulting from their vending transactions.

  • Any violations of these rules will lead to immediate removal from the grounds and denial of future membership.

  • Wauseon national meet is only accepting prepaid vendors. No spaces will be sold at the gate.

Wauseon National Host Chapters are: Lake Erie, Maumee Valley, Ohio Valley, River Valley, Wolverine

  • Vending Spaces $50 Each

  • Camping Spaces $40 Each

  • AMCA Membership Fee $40 US, All Others $55
